I have the right to refuse any commission.
Do not copy, trace, resell my work (unless given explicit permission).
Artwork/Illustration Commissions are for Personal Use only! No reselling, print on demand unless you have paid the Commercial Work Fee. NFTs are prohibited and you will be black listed immediately for it. AI use or training with my works will also result in a black list ban.
Adoptables (purchased character designs) come with Personal and Commercial Use rights!
Semi-Open species adoptables (Garden Ghoulies, Tamashikages, Boo Bunnies, etc.) come only with Personal Use. You need a license to get Small Commercial rights to characters under these species. Please check the specific info on the adoptable pages if they’re a species or not.
It is prohibited to cut Adoptable artwork into models for PNGtubers/Vtubers. Or use artwork for merchandise. Please commission pieces that are suited to be models and merchandise art.
Reselling Vtuber/Pngtuber models is not allowed.
Reselling, Gifting, Trading Adoptables is allowed for the same price as purchased or less ;
unless extra art is added to increase the value.
Artwork uploaded to Toyhou.se must be credited to me. (SpookstressPrincess on Toyhou.se)
You may not upload commissions from me elsewhere without permission.
Please ask to be added to my Wait List if you see commission slots are full and want to reserve a commission. I do not take payments for reservations unless it’s a higher paying commission such as Vtuber models!

I only start working once I've been paid.
I take payments via my Ko-fi or Paypal.
I usually take payment up front. Ask about payment plans available for $150+ commissions.
$200+ commissions require a signed work contract provided via email. Just acknowledging what the commission is for and basically is a more work-secure version of this T.O.S.
Approved payment plans will be broken into steps. I will not work past certain steps unless I've received a payment. You will not receive the final work until I've been completely paid.
[ Example 100$ commission. Payment plan in 4 parts, 25$ per week. Steps would be Sketch, Lineart/Colorblock, Color, Finalizing. ]
No refunds past certain work points. For rigging/animation work, no refunds after work has begun.
Please cancel the commission within 48 hours of placing it or if an emergency comes up; discuss with me.
You cannot issue a refund if the order is more than 75% done or completed.
I can refund the remaining amount for the work not done and I'll even give the work incomplete if enough is finished. Bear in mind this is only the flattened file no layered file will be given and it will be signed/watermarked.
I retain the right to watermark, sign, and use any of my work for self promotional purposes, portfolios, etc. Unless I'm under a contractual obligation to not show the work until a set date.
I may post the work publicly to social media to promote my artwork. I will credit the Commissioner unless they wish to remain anonymous. Credit for any characters owned by the commissioner will also be given.
Please credit me as the artist for Vtuber Model Art / Rigs, PNGtuber Model Art / Rigs, and the Designer for Adoptables.
For adoptables you do not need to credit everytime they are used or shown. However, you cannot claim the original design as your own.
Progress and scheduled dates can be tracked on my Commission Notion.
Commissioners will receive W.I.P.s (Work In Progress images) if wanted. I can send these via DM, email, or Discord chat.
Illustration/Painting commissions are for Personal Use only! No reselling, print on demand unless you have explicit permission, etc. NFTs are prohibited and you will be black listed immediately for it.
Artwork uploaded to Toyhouse must be credited to my toyhouse account. (SpookstressPrincess)
You may not upload commissions from me elsewhere without permission. You must always credit even with permission.
Artwork Digital: I accept max 3 revisions on the sketch stages and they can be major ones. Past that stage minor revisions are possible.
Rigging is a pretty straightforward process for me so revisions will be difficult. Only 3 minor revisions will be accepted and you will be updated frequently on progress!
Animation is also straightforward. Only 3 minor revisions are accepted. You will also be updated with wip videos!
You will receive, upon completion of payment, the full HD art file as a .png, .mp4 for animation, or a transparent image for adoptables.
You will get a ready-to-use ZIP file to import in Vtube Studio for Vtuber models.
For PNGtuber models, you will receive the files needed for PNGtuberPlus or Veadotube
respectively.
You will not receive the rigging Live2d Cubism files to ensure the model rig is not broken.**You
will NOT get the cmo3 source editable file.**
Images will have my signature and watermarked name when posted but you will receive one without a watermark.
Files posted to social media for portfolio purposes will be a smaller image size.
Files can be sent via Google Drive. Please let me know if it does not work!
Please do not repost, edit, re-use, or redistribute my artwork/animations. Characters shown belong to me or others.
